Return & Refund Policy

At The Squishy Dumpling, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged products caused by misuse.
Gift cards (if applicable).
Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
